These HYROX specific sessions combine both running functional workout stations. Whether you are wanting to train for a HYROX race, or just improve your fitness, these sessions are just like HYROX, they are for everyone!
Membership is only for classes, access to gym is not included
HQfit gym classes ARE included in this membership
